Okees Auto Sales, located in Jackson, MS, is looking for an Automotive Sales Professional to join our sales team!

We are seeking someone with a background in sales and a strong work ethic! We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast-paced dealership!

Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other sales process steps by company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Automotive Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Car sales experience is helpful but not required
• Must have customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and demeanor
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Intense focus and desire to achieve sales goals
• Strong phone skills and computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,533.00 - $50,977.00 per year
